Testimonials
“I came to Mark after my lower back locked up on me during a perfectly ordinary morning. I felt old, fragile and honestly a bit embarrassed. Mark didn’t make me feel silly for it, he made me feel understood. Within a few weeks I was moving without fear again. Within a few months I felt stronger than I’ve been in a decade. I didn’t expect to get my confidence back, but here we are.” – Chris H, 34, VP
“I felt stiff, anxious and terrified that any wrong movement would spiral into weeks of pain. Mark gave me back control. The mobility we did felt like medicine, and Mark prioritising strength made me feel grounded again. My posture changed, my pain disappeared and I’ve got energy I thought I’d lost forever." – Louise G, 58, Oil Trader
“I’d reached the point where even tying my shoelaces felt like an uphill battle.I was fed up, stressed, and honestly a bit hopeless about my body. Mark didn’t judge me at all, he just rebuilt me piece by piece. Getting stronger changed how I move, but more importantly it changed how I feel." – Mark H, 62, Finance
About Me
I rebuild how your body moves so you can rebuild how your life feels. My work is rooted in understanding how your body has adapted to your life with things like long hours, stress, old injuries, inconsistent training, and years of doing the best you could with the time and information you had. I assess how you move, where you compensate, and why certain areas keep flaring up. From there, I restore the basics properly: improving joint function, redistributing load, and rebuilding movement patterns so your body works as a system again.
I believe training should fit your life, not the other way around. Most of the people I work with are managing demanding careers, family commitments, and unpredictable schedules. My role is to give you structure you can rely on with clear, efficient, and adaptable without the overwhelm. And when motivation dips or life gets messy, that’s part of the job too. Because real coaching isn’t just sets and reps; it’s judgement, context, and support when things don’t go to plan.
The result? You stop feeling old before your time. Pain becomes less dominant. Movement feels more predictable. You trust your body again with bending, lifting, training, and getting on with life without hesitation. What you do has a reason, a progression, and an outcome, so you can move with confidence and live in a body that feels capable again.
